I thought long and hard about coming back to the blogging world. I was unsure if I wanted to continue writing/blogging or simply let it fade into the sunset. But I have to admit that a good and close friend of mine, made me realize that when it comes to writing that I do have a certain gift to state the obvious while saying it in a dry sarcastic way (it must be due to all the years I've watch the BBC). But, I have come to a sort of enlightenment about the whole blogging. Not all blogs have to be negative, one-sided, acerbic or offensive. I will take a side and give my reasons why I support that position. However, I will take the time to listen to the counterpoint of that argument as long as it is constructive and supported with facts.
So today, I dust off my cobwebs and pick up my pen (or desktop keyboard) and start going back to what made me feel good. Writing.
